Hiring The Theatre
The Broadway is a magnificent, Grade II listed theatre which has played host to some of the biggest names in live entertainment.
Its recent restoration has been carried out with an incredible attention to detail that honours its history and makes the most of its original features.
The main theatre is a versatile, atmospheric and beautifully restored space which can take almost 775 people seated. With state of the art facilities and soaring high ceilings – its stunning acoustics make it the perfect venue for music, comedy, theatre performance and a wide variety of other events.
Broadway has recently completed a major programme of improvement work including:
- Stage infrastructure
- Motorised flying
- Hydraulic get-in facilities
- Improved disability access
- Induction hearing loop systems
- Seating in the Dress Circle and Circle has been completely refurbished for improved comfort and more leg room
- All front of house areas, including toilets and bars, refurbished and restored
- Super fast WiFi throughout

6 Hours £2,900.00 + 14% net Box Office (inclusive of PRS and banking charges)
Additional pre-arranged hours £350.00

Poster printing (DC) - £20.00 each

Filming facility fee (if not for promotional or archive purposes): £250.00 per day
PRS (at the prevailing rate) over and above 2%

The Front and Raised Stalls can be removed entirely to facilitate standing concerts or removed partially to allow additional room for orchestra pit, stage extensions or activity in front of the stage.
A seat movement fee is charged for flat floor configuration dependant on how many rows are being removed.
