Rudolph Walker CBE’s 85th Birthday Extravaganza hosted by Eddie Nestor MBE & Robbie Gee with live comedy, music & celebrity guest appearances. Confirmed acts so far are comedians Slim, Curtis Walker, Richard Blackwood and Kat B with Trinidadian opera singer Anne Fridal, MOBO award winning singer Lurine Cato MBE, Ebony Steel Orchestra, Calypsonians Tobago Crusoe & De Alberto with DJ the Legendary Lewis 'Mastermind' Benn. As well as celebrating the life and times of this icon of screen & stage we are raising funds for his charity The Rudolph Walker Foundation. The Foundation works with young people helping them reach their potential in life.
Rudolph is currently best known for his role as Patrick Trueman in EastEnders who he has played for more than 20 years. He was one of the 1st Black actors to play a leading role in a sitcom over 50 years ago and has continued to pave the way for the current generation of UK Black actors.

At 18:00 - The Ebony Steel Orchestra will be playing in the foyer and Rudolph Walker will be selling signed copies of his book Walking with Dignity.
At 18:30 - The performances in the Main Auditorium will begin.
